Kitchens and larger fitted projects from 12 – 20 + weeks, the speed of progress of these jobs is often dependant on any building work that may be taking place.
Because all our custom furniture design is bespoke and we are not working within the confines of a range we can make your furniture in whatever material you like. We have developed strong relationships with suppliers who care deeply about the quality and provenance of their products.

This depends on the nature of the commission, the complexity of the design and the materials used. For a dining room table allow from around £5000 upwards, a dresser or sideboard from £6000. Our kitchens start from £35,000. Whilst commissioning bespoke furniture is certainly not cheap it does offer great value for money. Our prices compare with the top high street brand but from us you will get a unique, bespoke piece of furniture of superior quality.
Yes, we encourage and welcome our clients to visit our workshop if they wish. We strongly recommend a visit before or during the commissioning process to see the kind of things we do. We are based in a beautiful part of the country surrounded by a multitude of interesting (and nourishing) places that you might like to combine a workshop visit with. Please ask if we can help in any way.
Our team of fitters will deliver and install your furniture. We are aware of the disruption that installing fitted furniture can have and whilst we make every endeavour to minimise this there will inevitably be a bit of noise and dust created. We will protect any existing furniture that cannot be removed and always leave your home tidy and vacuumed.
All our furniture is made and finished to the very highest standards but depending on the piece and its use may still require a little occasional care and attention. We will leave a care and attention leaflet when we deliver and install your piece. We are only ever a phone call or email away should you have any questions or problems.
Yes – we have made custom designed furniture for clients across the world - email and computer technology have made showing our designs and drawings very easy and fast if a one to one meeting is not possible.
Yes – we are very used to working alongside Architects, main contractors and subcontractors. Clear open communication is key to a successful project when more than one party is involved and project management becomes more important than ever.
No - when Cimitree was first established almost all our work was free standing furniture as we have grown over time this split between free standing and fitted furniture is become around 50/50.
No - we work on such a diverse range of projects for clients with a diverse range of tastes and styles - from 16th century country cottages to 21st century glass fronted penthouses. Our job is to interpret our client’s wishes as well as inspire them – to guide and be guided.
